Why we started DPS Concepts
DPS Concepts provides excellent managed IT services, helping businesses continuously grow. Currently we are working in the Charleston, SC area and Northern Virginia. We launched our company in February of 2026 with offices in Summerville, South Carolina and Springfield, Virginia. We are actively growing our business throughout the entire US.
We are an emerging company; however, we are not new to the world of IT. Our leadership team has spent decades building and running IT for demanding environments such as Data centers, 24/7 service desks, cloud platforms, and some of the industry's leading managed service providers. DPS Concepts started with the mindset of bringing a level of experience to businesses that are in need of quality, reliable services, with top notch security, allowing your business
to continue to grow, without the need for a large in-house/ onsite IT department.Â

Meet our leadership
Chief Executive Officer
Our CEO is the backbone of our company. With over 25 years of hands-on experience across IT infrastructure, managed services, and cloud technology, he is dedicated to staying ahead of the latest innovations. His career began in 1998 at an internet web analytics company, followed by a decade of IT engineering experience specializing in web hosting, enterprise support, and scalable infrastructure solutions. In 2012, he moved into managed services, helping grow one of the industry's premier MSPs from a five-person service desk into a 75-engineer, 24/7 support organization, and later leading the development of its Microsoft 365, Azure, and backup and disaster recovery offerings.
Chief Technology Officer
Our CTO brings more than two decades of hands-on experience in enterprise infrastructure, cloud architecture, and business continuity and disaster recovery. Over the course of his career, he has led complex, multi-phase data center migrations, architected multi-site disaster recovery strategies, and designed highly available environments for organizations with zero-tolerance for downtime.
He is a recognized expert in Veeam backup and recovery and the Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystem, including Intune, Autopilot, and modern endpoint management. He is committed to staying ahead of emerging technologies, continuously evaluating new tools and best practices to keep client environments secure, efficient, and up to date.
At DPS Concepts, he oversees the technical vision and solution design behind our managed services, ensuring every client environment is engineered for reliability, security, and long-term growth.
Chief Financial Officer
Our Chief Financial Officer oversees financial operations and revenue growth for DPS Concepts. In addition to leading our financial function, she also directs all sales efforts, working closely with clients to understand their needs and align our services with their business objectives. She strives to ensure that every engagement is financially sound, sustainable for our business, and delivers clear, measurable value for our clients. Our CFO has built and run several businesses of her own, each focused on client support and customer success. She makes sure the business side of DPS Concepts is as dependable as the technology: responsive, accountable, and focused on long-term relationships.
